Privacy Policy.

Who this policy applies to

Prime Graphics, also shown as Prime Store on this website, sells FiveM and GTA V graphics packs, ReShade presets, preset packs, and related digital downloads.

Information we may collect

If you connect Patreon or access member-only content, Prime Graphics may collect basic account and membership data from Patreon using official Patreon API access. This can include:

• Patreon user ID.
• Name or display name.
• Email address, if permission is granted.
• Membership tier, membership status, and access entitlement.
• Join, cancel, and payment status where Patreon makes that information available.
• The total amount you have spent with Prime Graphics on Patreon, which we use to unlock the packs you bought.

When you use the download page (/access), we also collect:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, when you log in with Discord. We use them to identify your account and give you your buyer roles in the Prime Discord server.
• A download log: which file you downloaded, when, your country (from your IP address), and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Delivery codes you redeem and the email address the code was issued to.

We may also receive information you send directly for support, such as your email address, product question, order context, or technical issue. If you claim the free preset on this website, we collect the email address you enter and store it in private Cloudflare R2 storage.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Verify Patreon membership access and product entitlement.
• Deliver downloads or member-only content.
• Unlock the free-preset route and understand interest in Prime drops.
• Provide support and respond to product questions.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, leaking, or unauthorized access, including download limits and detecting shared accounts.
• Remove access and buyer roles when a Patreon purchase is refunded.
• Understand basic analytics and improve products, pages, and downloads.

Personal preset files

Preset files you download from this website contain a unique buyer ID linked to your account. It lets us trace a copy that is shared or reuploaded without permission back to the account it was issued to. It does not change how the preset looks or collect anything from your computer.

Payments

Prime Graphics does not store payment card details. Payments are handled by Patreon or the relevant payment provider, and their own privacy terms apply to payment processing.

Cookies and analytics

We may use basic cookies or analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic, page performance, and product interest. These tools help improve the website and do not give us your payment card information.

Sharing and selling data

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to run the website, store free-preset claims, verify access, process support, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements. Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare R2 privately stores the download files, delivery records, download logs, and free-preset email records. Discord and Patreon handle their own logins under their own privacy terms.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for access verification, support, security, analytics, business records, or legal requirements. You can request deletion of stored personal data by contacting prime4graphic@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect stored information, but no website or online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your Patreon account and email account secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, products, Patreon integration, access rules, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows the latest version.
